Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Koda (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Koda is a habit tracking application that helps you build consistent routines. The App allows you to create habits, set reminders, view progress insights, and optionally sync data across your devices.

User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Koda offers both free and premium features. The free tier includes basic habit tracking with a limit on the number of habits you can add.

Premium features are available through an in-app purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

• Use the App in any way that violates laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Koda and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The App is a tool to help you track habits, but we are not responsible for any missed routines or outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
