Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Koda (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Koda is a habit tracking application that helps you build consistent routines. The App allows you to create and track habits, set reminders, view progress insights, and optionally sync data across your devices via iCloud. The App includes an Apple Watch companion app and home screen widget.
Your Data
Koda does not require an account or sign-in. Your habit data is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining backups and the security of your device.
Subscriptions and Payments
Koda requires an active subscription to use. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Use the App in any way that violates laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Intellectual Property
The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Koda and are protected by international intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The App is a tool to help you track habits, but we are not responsible for any missed routines or outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or remove it from the App Store at any time. Your locally stored data will remain on your device even if the App is discontinued.
